Somali State Council Members Urged To Strive For Ensuring Peace, Good Governance
Executive members the Somali State Council should exert utmost efforts in ensuring sustainable peace and good governance in the state in the next five years, speaker of the Council said.
Speaker of the council Ali Mohamed Kunaye said executive bodies in the state should do their level best toward successfully implementing the Peace, Democratic, and Development Program of the regional state during the reported period.
The speaker made the statement on Wednesday at the opening of the Second Regular Conference of the regional administrative council that held in Jijjiga town.
Ali urged members of the regional administrative council on the occasion to actively participate in the 2nd regular conference and pass important decisions on the agendas set through discussions.
